WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE
We receive regular deliveries from each of our suppliers, however, we are rarely more than 5â€“ 8Â days away from being able to fill your order if the items are not in stock. However, we are subject to the vagaries of production and demand from our suppliers so some items can be out of stock.Â Where there is going be a significant delay we will notify you by email to discuss your order.
When your order is packed and shipped,Â you will receive an email notification letting you know that your goods are on their way. We recommend placing your order using our ‘Credit Card’ payment option for the quickest delivery from time of placing your order. All credit cards are processed via Paypal and you donâ€™t need to register with them. Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment. ‘Credit Card’ payments are instant.
All items are sent by regular parcel post with receipt on delivery..
Parcel Post Receipted Delivery – Postage is included in the price of our products.
All items are sent Registered International post (receipted delivery )or Airmail (receipted delivery ) for (enquire within for postage) and packaging per order (subject to order < 2 kg). For countries not serviced by Registered International post or Airmail with receipted delivery and very large orders over 2 kg, please email us for a quote on postage. firstname.lastname@example.org
These postal services will require your signature when the parcel is delivered.
If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
International customers are not required by Australian Law to pay GST (Goods and Services Tax) which makes our prices even better. All our pricing includes 10% GST therefore; our International customers will receive an automated reduction on their entire order including shipping costs of 10%. This total price reduction is calculated automatically at the checkout, before any payments are made.
Please Note: International customers to this site warrant and agree to the following:
- Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country
- Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges and/or cost of goods will not be refunded.
- Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel
Events such as natural disasters /conflict may impact the delivery of items at the time they occur. Please be patient during these times as we will try to keep you updated as much as possible in regards to the delivery status of your items.
RETURNS: (please read carefully!)
Please initially check your new garment for size over your normal underwear and a t-shirt or similar, to avoid body contaminants on the garment, just in case you need to return it.
You must notify us of any faults before wearing the item, so please check it thoroughly before putting it on.
We offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product.
If you wish to return an order for reasons other than defects, sizing problems or incorrect supply, there may be a 25% restocking charge applicable.
For sizing problems, we offer a 14 Day No Hassle Exchange Policy on the proviso that the exchange garment meets the conditions as set out in the below terms.
Standard postage fees apply to all return orders.
Clearance or Sale items are not able to be returned if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping / postage cost of returning items to us for refunds or exchanges. If your entire order is being returned for a refund then the free shipping promotion no longer applies to your purchase, and the initial shipping charge will be deducted from your total refund.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product (subject to stock availability).
If you need to return something it must not have been worn (other than to try on – please remember to wear a liner when trying on any lingerie with panty bottoms) and must be returned in the same new and re-saleable condition which includes its box. If the box has been damaged or ripped we will not accept the return.
It is your responsibility to return items to us safely and in *new* condition suitable for resale. We therefore recommend you pack your returns with care and send with insurance cover to avoid financial loss should the item be lost or become damaged. Overseas customers should check with their local postal service for the appropriate service.
Returned items that are damaged will be assumed to have been damaged in return post and we reserve the right to refuse any refund if we think that the damage is sufficient that the item is not resalable. In this case if you want your items returned to you, you will be asked to cover the full postage cost.
A special note about refunds via PayPal:
When a refund or partial refund is made, the funding source of the original payment determines how the refund is credited to you by PayPal.
1. Where the Payment is funded with a bank account or PayPal balance the refund is credited to your PayPal balance.
2. Payments funded using a credit or debit card will be refunded to the appropriate card.*
3. Where the payment funding is split between a card and another funding source, PayPal refunds the card portion to the card and the remainder to your PayPal account.
*Refunds to your card can take up to 30 days depending on the issuing bank.
We usually action refunds on the same working day as the goods are received back but it can sometimes take longer. As you can see from the above, PayPal comments it can take longer for the funds to show in your account depending on the method of payment chosen. When we have reversed the transaction on our system an email will be generated to advise you that the refund has been actioned and will be sent to the email address you have given us in your account. It is important that this email address be valid and up-to-date for you to receive this notification. Normally the time will be much less, but please be patient about your refund until you have allowed 14 days for us to process it.
