Impala Sports manufactures and wholesales cricket bats made from imported English Willow and Sarawak handles from India. The business has two distinct areas, manufacturing bats for other companies to be sold under their own brand labels and also for our own factory brand ‘Impala Sports’. A range of soft goods, bags and accessories sold under the Impala Sports label are also imported from India and wholesaled with the bats to Retailer’s nationally and internationally. In addition we are the large repairers of cricket bats nationally, receiving bats to repair from all over Australia for bat companies such as Slazenger, Gunn & Moore, Kookaburra, Wood Worm and for many major retailers such as Kingsgrove Sports and Greg Chappell Cricket Centre direct. Our pre-eminent position in the repair business is a direct result and recognition of our innovative methods and outstanding quality of repairs.

The cricket industry in Australia relies heavily on the success of our national side and to a much lesser extent the success of the game worldwide. The Impala brand is rapidly gaining recognition and momentum throughout the cricket fraternity and with increasing numbers of cricket bats coming out of India, we are well placed to take advantage of the Australian loyalty factor. We also offer something unique, in that our technical expertise and assistance is here in Australia. Obviously these advantages could be diluted if the impala brand was not a leader in quality (as it currently is). We are committed to retaining the highest standards.

Impala Sports has gone from strength to strength and Impala has surged back to be even more popular than in its heyday and continues to grow. The business is now well established and enjoys excellent sales growth in all areas.
